- Primary architect for Azure and AWS deployments and implementations for Hubbell and Aclara designing new solutions and migration processes for on-premise system to cloud
- Discover misconfigurations, document, and corrected architected infrastructure to support core business products
- Diagnose and identify issues for production configuration within operations, scalability, security, disaster recovery, backups, and networking. Providing technical, strategic, and procedural support with third party contractors maintaining environment
- Assess datacenter capabilities, identify infrastructure issues; provide alternative measures to resolve within existing resources or provide business leaders with structure resolutions
- Assess system scalability and hardware requirements, coordinate with multiple vendors for solutions and quotes, create and provide executive briefs for their direction, execute decisions accordingly
- Document and provide process improvements, implement resolutions, and create run books for datacenter operations, coordinate efforts with SOC auditors for datacenter operations validation
- Redesign existing datacenter products requiring high availability with rapid RPO and RTO
